1. The level of service is exceptional and the location is wonderful.

It's right at the end of a recent renovation and the place looks brand-new; there were none of the serious vermin problems that plague other facilities reviewed here, except for some tiny winged termite-like things crawling here and there in the room ('didn't get any bites though, so no real foul.
