1. It was disappointing that the Westin charged it's guests $20 to use it's private beach on Sunset Key which was tiny and required taking their taxi-boat (free).

We paid $20 a piece the next day after getting up at 8 am (wakeup call was 15 minutes late) to stand in line for tickets (got the last 2 out of 20 tickets the concierge reminded my husband) for the ferry to get across only to find out that guests at Casa Marina Resort's concierge calls in and takes the guests over for free.
