1. We went to the guest relations desk for ideas for a special dinner for two, 'Latitudes' on Sunset Key was suggested, and all the arrangements were taken care of for us.

4. So, the hotel is great location if you dont care about laying out at a beach - it is very close to Duval street.

5. Either tell me it is absolutely not available or help me out by giving me at least a 1:00 checkout - their response confirmed my overall impression that they cared about my money but not at all about me which is not exactly a pillar of excellent customer service.

6. It seems at these prices everyone would be treated well but the customer service seems very forced and if you don`t stay for a full week nobody seems to care about you or listen to you.

7. To me, being in the business, it is inconceivable to not take care of your best customers and they do not.
