6. They don't know that? They never looked? They can't figure out that a 10 cup coffee pot isn't really compatible with a one cup coffee pod? Or that four people need at least one pod each or they will be very disgruntled when the $20 pot of coffee shows up? It was very delicious coffee for $20, I must admit, but a four star hotel with a high price tag should do better.
