1. Next morning I went to the reception and negotiations on discounts for 'no sleep' night + additional free breakfasts for our entire stay started and then we were finally moved to the room on the 6th floor overlooking the pool.

4. One bar tender went so far as to send us free drinks to "buy our silence", because he was so drunk and was serving underage partiers in the rooftop bar.

7. roaches in the room, pool is very small and only 3 ft deep and we saw 3 big rats in the pool area when we went down to swim (needless to say we changed our plans), no hot tub, wireless internet is free but you have to go to the lobby or lounge on top floor and bring your own computer with you to use it although they did assure us that they are working on getting it in your room, staff speaks and understands little english, ink pen holding curtain up in corner, grout missing around bathtub, restaurant is over priced and had to send breakfast back 3 times before they could get the eggs cooked and by then the rest wasn't worth eating and no appology, front desk staff very unfriendly and doesn't seem to care if you have a problem, only nice part of the stay aside from the location itself was the bellhop.

8. My only real bugbear was that they didnt know we got parking for free with our booking and the water in the room tasted very odd, but I put this down to plumbing.
