9. We were allocated a room overlooking Mallory Square on arrival and asked if we could be moved to a room with an ocean view? Within 20 mins they had upgraded us to a lovely suite with a huge balcony on the front of the building with views over the ocean and on the corner of Duval (right above where the glass bottom boat leaves from).

10. When we entered the room, we found a nice bathroom, a comfortable bed and a small tv, a sitting area with a couch and a 2nd huge LCD TV, and a small balcony with a great view.
