1. We arrived at the Hotel well before the check in time and we were offered a free upgrade to a partial ocean view one bedroom suite, The room was very large and the view from the balcony was wonderful.

Overall the hotel is really nice; it has a great laid-back atmosphere, incredible views (especially at sunset), top location (right next to where all the action is but still noise-free at night), and although it lacks the little touches and seemless luxury services to be a true 5-star, it is still a great place to stay.
