4. Stayed here for 3 days, from the moment we arrived the staff at reception were friendly, helpful and were so happy they lifted our spirits after a long, hot drive.

5. The resort next door had a cruise ship pull in two days we were there and it was nice seeing the ship arrive and depart (was happy it was not docking in front of our hotel, but liked that we could see the ship from a far).

7. We would have been ok with this if the guy at the desk did not get our hopes up, but since he had, we told him we were not happy with the room and wanted something with a better view.
