1. when i was delayed in court & not able to retrieve my belongings by check out time ( noon ) ; i called and notified them & the management removed the belongings from my room so i wouldnt be charged for a late check-out and stored them securely until i could get them.

2. Also when u check-in your car the security gate was not down most of the time and you have to pay attention to make sure that no one try's to steal your carl.

5. Website does not mention you must pay for parking - there is a gate, but no security, anyone can walk right onto the property and not in the best neighborhood.

8. Before I forget, I complained about the party going on outside my door around 2am which by the way the front desk can see and hear from the lobby since it is an open lobby and it was around 20-30 guests outside their room smoking pot and drinking but security did come about an hour lat.

9. Old, and out dated, no fridge, no umbrellas at pool, bed way too soft, $10 charge for parking and the parking was not secure, also charged to use the business center, no breakfastMy biggest disappointment was that when we checked in they gave us a room with a horrible view of wall.
