1. We ended up moving to the bar area just to see if we could keep her attention to get our food.

2. Then we went to lobby to have dinner one night and I had to take my family's order and deliver to the waitress at the bar, because the few people that were sitting there (mind you there were 2 waitress at the bar) needed her attention more.

5. Also when u check-in your car the security gate was not down most of the time and you have to pay attention to make sure that no one try's to steal your carl.

Forgetting orders, what kind of alcohol was stocked ( asked for two types of liquor that were clearly visible and he rudely replied without looking ' we don't have that') not paying attention to his clientele but was rather more concerned with his music and computer till which he asked us four different times what we all ordered.

9. They were extremely attentive and never hesitated to do anything to make the experience better, this included offering free breakfast buffet vouchers and comping valet parking.
