1. they even sent an employee upstairs at 6am to make sure i was up as i was worried about missing ( or not hearing ) my wake-up call, they knew how awfully imperative it was for me to not miss it and seemed glad to accomodate this needSHOWER IS AWESOME .

3. We had an opportunity to get away from the kids overnight on short notice, Tabitha Williams at the front desk was awesome and got us an excellent rate and room, she went above and beyond making sure that we had a great night.

So, I am assuming that it was baecause of my email inquiry (I sent them my reservation number when I emailed)The suite was very nice, clean, air was cold and quiet, a nice big leather couch and 2 leather chairs, desk, and wet bar, 2 bathrooms were clean and the bed was a sealy perfect sleeper which was awesome.
