1. Hotel advertises a Continental breakfast but they had eggs, sausage,cheese, hot oatmeal, Belgian Waffles,fruit,and lots more including very welcome little touches like Tabasco sauce, and Craisins, walnuts, and DARK brown sugar for the oatmeal.

2. So I called housekeeping and asked if a maid could come up the next day with some Tilex or something, cause it was a little disturbing washing a baby in the tub with mold like that.

3. If you're looking at the pics online, just keep in mind the tv is only like 27' ish.

4. And yes, the hot part of the breakfast wasn't spectacular but if you're like me and usually grab a coffee and a bowl of cereal, it was just fine.

5. Lots of hotels and restaurants, and not so close to the airport that you felt like the planes were taking off from the parking lot.

6. The room and hotel in general put you in the mind of a lux hotel but the towels are paper thin and hard, like sandpaper.

7. You can tell the little details were thought of, like plenty of outlets to plug in electronics, plenty of lighting, both in the ceiling and via floor and table lamps.

9. The worst part of the stay was the terrible breakfast: the oatmeal was pre-mixed and way too soupy (recommend instant oatmeal in packets like grits), the eggs were severely overcooked, and the sausage patties were very undercooked (needed to be browned more) I know the breakfast is free, but I expect better from Marriott.

10. I would definitely stay here again if flying into or out of Jacksonville, but would like to stay in a quieter room.
