7. Except this little disappointment I recommend this hotel, the location is great if you have a car, if not they have a shuttle and they can take you wherever you want in Jacksonville.

9. So all in all, a great hotel, some of the best front desk service ever (as well as some other great staff members throughout) but I couldn't give them perfect because of the cleaning issues during our stay.
