4. So all in all, a great hotel, some of the best front desk service ever (as well as some other great staff members throughout) but I couldn't give them perfect because of the cleaning issues during our stay.

5. Upon arrival, we found a nice bag with baby products (wash, lotion, and a hippo squirter toy that became our daughter's best friend).
