2. The front desk check-in didn't seem especially welcoming and neglected our HH membership perks (when we realized this later, I went down to the front desk and although it was too late for a room upgrade, we were given the breakfast vouchers and instructions for free wifi).

3. The hotel's shuttle driver that evening was abrupt to the point of being rude--though to be fair, he was facing a curb-load of unhappy passengers to transport to the hotel--but the front desk staff was much more welcoming.

6. Although my stay at the Hilton Houston North Hotel was brief the staff was welcoming and professional, the roon was very comfortable and the lobby was a great setting for several business meetings I had scheduled.

On arrival they greeted me with a very nice welcome gift, (Cheese, crackers, a chilled bottle of wine, water and juice) You also receive free internet access, and free local telephone calls The breakfast buffet is standard fare, but the pasta bar at lunch is delicious, you select all the ingredients and the chefs make your lunch as you watch.
