1. No robes in the wardrobe and though the website states they have inroom safes, there wasnt one, i like to be able to leave my laptop, ipad etc in a safe when i go out.

3. Oh a o top it off the restaurant across from the in house Starbucks has a veggie appetizer that will make u for sure feel like u have an in house chef.

6. AND, as much as Hilton, like other hotels, speaks so glowingly of saving the environment (and their bottom line) by not laundering the sheets more than every four days, this chain does NOTHING that I can see about recycling.

9. This hotel is about 30 minutes' drive in traffic to the airport, instead of 5-10 minutes like many of the other 'real' airport hotels we passed on our way out of the airport and onto the freeway (the Springhill Suites, for instance).

10. Man i was in for a pleasant surprise, it;s a great area, great staff, ppl were so friendly i almost felt like home, the receptionist where great and house keeping ppl were so very friendly the lady in the morning and afternoon and the (i think) italian guy in the night .
