1. We declined (being cousins) and asked why the original room mysteriously disappeared for no 'REAL' reason? She was unable to respond and called for her superior who was able to key in the request and give us the room.

4. The only reason for the average review, is that the hotel was damaged from Hurrican Ike, so they are still making repairs.

5. My children were able to take naps in reasonable quiet, and the staff scheduled our room to be cleaned around the children so they were not disturbed.
