1. They must have new management because the resturant was wonderful and the staff was on point, they treated you like you were important on our vacation.

7. Next to this after having problems opening my door for the 8th time (so everytime you go up, doesn't open, go down again to reception to get a new keycard) it didn't open at all anymore.

8. It was almost as if the waiter we had (both nights) was new and wasn't aware that when your guests have been sitting there for 15 minutes with clean plates, they're probably done; ergo, remove the plates and ask them if they're ready for the bill.
