3. I was in desperate need of a pedicure so I had the shuttle drop me off, it wasn't until later when I spoke with friends that live in the area that I found out it wasn't considered a safe environment.

4. Shuttle service was courteous and friendly, gave me no hassles what-so-ever at picking me up and dropping me off all over town that day LOL this place is located right off of a main highway and a short distance from the airport.

9. Although the surrounding area is not very nice (and my local friends definitely recommend to not visit the nearby mall), the hotel is beautiful and pretty much self-contained with a bar and restaurant and small shop for conveniences along with a business center and many conference rooms.
