1. I like the fact that the shuttle is free to and from the airport and it goes on the hour, every hour starting at 5am.

2. They offer free shuttle to/from the airport until midnight--however, since we called at 11:55 pm, the hotel said it was too late and the driver went home.

4. Reception was efficient and polite and i even got a free wi-fi hook up - though this should have been charged I am always surprised these days by any hotel who charges for internet as i expect it for free anyway.

6. Priority Club members normally receive free bottle water but beside this, there should have been a note to tell guests that the room temperature bottle water in the room has a charge.

8. Parking is free and I was given a card to place on my dash (although looking around at other cars I appeared to be the only one with this but I did see a security guard in the parking lot so my guess is they are checking).
