1. I came to Houston for a conference and the hotel was very helpful in making sure that I got there on time and the driver gave me his card allowing to contact him when I was ready to be picked up -- the service is exceptional.

2. Everything in the room was very nice - with the exception of the main and bathroom doors which still have the early-80s fake wood look on the doors - which did not match the rooms at all.

3. My stay was good except for the hotel had a lot of loud people and very noisy.

4. com to do) after we got settled we had a nice time except on saturday night there was a prom and there was loud teens running in the hall, plus there was no parking place and I had to circle the parking lot for a while, other than that it was ok, but not worth the money for all the trouble we had.

5. when we got to the hotel we noticed it need cleaning on the outside badly, there was mildew on the windows and the paint was peeling, which didn`t bothered me and my wife cause we where tired after a early morning flight also there was a musty smell I guess from the hotel being old, when we got to the front desk everything went great with one exception they gave us a standard room when we had booked a excutive room, after about 2hrs of griping with hotels.
