2. But it's close to downtown and the Galleria; they have a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise room; they have a lobby bar, full restaurant, and room service (which was prompt and with high-quality dishes - beautiful fruit, potent coffee, and freshly-baked pastries).

3. When we reported an issue with the elevator, they reported it immediately and the elevator was promptly restored.

4. The two double beds had some sort of metal frame that stuck out from the edge of the bed two or three inches, but underneath the bed skirt so you couldn't see them, at exactly the right height to bark your shins which we promptly did, three or four times.
