4. I had stayed at this hotel on business years ago and was NOT impressed with the rooms, the restaurant or the service but that has completely changed since they have remodeled a few years ago (and are undergoing a fitness room remodel as I write this).

8. Also hurting my impression of the hotel is that it is located in a corporate office / freeway wasteland, so you MUST get in your car to find food, and you will mostly find the usual Texas freeway chains (franging from Taco Cabana to Olive Garden and Chilis).
