The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, the layout of the hotel for the convention was great, the food was excellent (though it's a bit on the high side and downtown restaurants close down over the weekend), the beds were wonderful, coffee maker in the room a nice start to the day, flat screen TV nice, newly remodeled rooms are done tastefully and clean (they're still working on some of the floors), meetings rooms worked well for the Convention, check-out was efficient; all in all, an excellent place to stay.
