1. Read earlier reviews of lobby noise emanating into guest rooms from lobby bar so I asked front desk for corner room and was eagerly accommodated.

3. The customer service was quick and friendly, they were accommodating to us all (the gave us two adjoining rooms because they knew we were all friends) they let us check in early, and most of all they put up with us.

6. Though the accommodations were excellent for my business trip, I normally prefer a few other amenities while I am on vacation, such as a microwave, fridge, spa, and late night food options (the restaurant closes at 10 and room service stops at 11) which the hotel did not offer.

9. At no point did the staff acknowledge that they were at fault saying that despite paying a higher rate the number of beds was merely 'a request' and intimating that we should be grateful they could accommodate us at all rather than being placed in another property.
