3. I'm probably in the minority who really cares about something like HD tv in my room, but if I'm going to be stuck in a city for a few nights and have the option to pick a hotel with HD and a hotel without HD, I'm likely going to pick a hotel with HD.

4. She could have easily explained it in a caring fashion or service orientated manner, versus in a way that poured arrogance and snobbishness and she did not care about the service one is supposed to offer at a hotel of this magnitude or any hotel for the matter.
