1. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond.

2. The valets were patient and friendly, and the bellhops very helpful getting our gear unloaded and to our rooms (and then loaded back into the car when it was time to leave).

3. Not very eco friendly however, maids changed linens and towels every night during a 6 night stay, despite instruction cards that said they would not change linens or towels unless you put the card on the bed.
