Here's what irritated me regarding the substandard service: Had to ask for regular, not decaf coffee and was told they didn't have any (remember I was here over a week); had to leave the almost emply roll of toilet paper on the counter because there was not an extra roll and other things had been overlooked; Had to ask for a pen for desk; $35 for an omelet & REAL coffee (room service); Overly priced dinner in an empty restaurant (medicore food & price a clue as to why it was empty); when asked for sheets to be changed, the fresh sheet had a HOLE in it right as you turn the covers back (very obvious to whomever made bed); TV had a mind of its own as far as when it wanted to work.
