1. When I called and asked for an iron that worked, the person at the desk was extremely short and made it very obvious that she didn't like the fact that we called for a new iron.

9. So as a favor to my new friends at the Alden, here are some clarifications: coffee is available in lobby every morning for $3, my parking was less then what it cost my family at the magnolia right around the corner, this hotel is modern and spotless, and everyone was great.
