We stayed here for 3 nights over the new year period, the hotel is fine a few small issues like the gift shop had holiday hours that was not advertised only a small thing but when you feel like getting some potato crips its annoining that you can't , in the hotel book states that it's open until 9pm and it was closed at 3pm.
