1. There's a sundry shop in the hotel that is convenient, and the exercise room was okay.

2. There is also a hotel shuttle that will take you anywhere in the downtown area, which is convenient because the hotel sits in one corner of what is considered 'downtown' and a lot of the other attractions are in the opposite corner.
