7. Yes, unfortunately Greenspoint is no longer a nice area as you will see if you venture over to the nearby Greenspoint Mall (it is virtually empty).

8. They have a tiny (4 cardio machines) gym on the first floor, a nice outdoor pool and a couple of computers with a printer should you need it.

9. After staying at the Hyatt Place in Milwaukee, where the staff was cordial but not friendly or welcoming, it was a very nice surprise to stay at this property where the staff was always friendly and kind.

10. nice touch since some people (like myself) don't like dining at the hotel (there are several of the Houston 'faves' nearby including the Pappas family restaurants and yes, even a Whataburger).
