3. They're currently constructing a brand new Hyatt Place (10 stories) at the northwest corner of State Hwy 6 in Sugarland.

4. I've stayed many a nights at the Hyatt Place in Jackson, Mississippi, and I must say that the one in Mississippi wins by a hair, simply because the one in Jackson is brand new.

9. I was in town to take my board exams, and the rooms were extremely clean, very nice, and everything seemed practically new.
