1. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful I could not believe it.

2. Other vans tried to help and next time I will be staying at the Oxford Inn or Marriott North as both very helpful, but eventually had to resort to a cab at $26 for a 10 minute ride.

3. (maybe tipping the driver a little something) As I am as a Priority Club member I sure they would have helped if known, saving myself not only money but 1 hour in time.

4. The lady that answered was insistant that I did not leave a message as they had no voice mail ?? and when I explained my situation she said couldn't help, vans finished at 2300.

5. There was no help of how an alternative method of transport was available, just she was upset ( the employee) as she was being made out to be lying, which of course is out of context as I had mentioned not happy with the situation (as a guest) and was looking for assistance.
