5. I will say that things were pretty clean and when we had problems (housekeeping didn't provide new hair care stuff for 2 days, for example) the front desk people were very nice.

I tried to be loyal to the HHonors program, but if you want to do that there are better ways to earn those points in the Galleria neighborhood - about 6 blocks away you`ll find a brand new Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites right across the street from each other - either one is a better way to go if you want to stay in 'the program.
