1. Something abtout Houston had a bunch of line cutters, but the staff didn't seem to care about that.

4. when I leaned back there was no support, I don't care that the tv was the old tube kind but the picture was not so great, it looks like they remodeled and stopped when they got to the shower.

6. I will say that things were pretty clean and when we had problems (housekeeping didn't provide new hair care stuff for 2 days, for example) the front desk people were very nice.

9. While nothing extremely fancy, you know by your room that you are in a hotel that cares about it's appearance and room satisfaction.

10. Houston Galleria is down the street, but a 15 minute walk and I don't care to spend 30 minutes round trip in Houston humidity if I can help it - so you'll want to use your car, especially since parking is free at the Galleria.
