2. The hotel staff was polite, no complaints there, but if I pay to stay at a hotel I would like to have use of the facilities without incident.

3. Our room could use some minor repairs, like a a sink stopper that was broken, but this was a minor issue.

4. In addition, our room which was supposed to be non-smoking STANK so bad like smoke and when we called to be moved that same 'friendly' night clerk told us the hotel was full and we couldn't be moved.
