1. The hotel was great except for a couple things - the TV was very small for the size of the room and both the ice maker and the pop machine were out of order on our floor.

3. The general rule in Eugene hotels is that you absolutely get what you pay for, but we got such a great deal that the Phoenix seems to be the exception to the rule.
