3. I have stayed here three times, and the staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean and the location is basically on the U of O campus.

4. Turns out in talking to the FRIENDLY outgoing clerk the next morning that the hotel was NOT full and I was immediately upgraded to a family suite - AWESOME.

5. In addition, our room which was supposed to be non-smoking STANK so bad like smoke and when we called to be moved that same 'friendly' night clerk told us the hotel was full and we couldn't be moved.
