1. One person was actually pleasant and helpful, the other 3 we encountered acted as though they were bored stiff or weary of hotel desk work, and were only giving perfunctory responses before they returned to their chairs.

3. The handle has slammed into the metal door jam repeatedly making dents in the door jam, looking at this problem the manager denied the the door was malfuntioning in any way as well as denying it was the responsibility of the motel.
