1. The rooms were remodeled this past year, new bedding, flat screens, etc.

2. So I can report on two rooms: both were clean; beds were relatively new and comfortable; internet was easily accessed and fast enough in both rooms (they have several routers, apparently); one room had no desk; both were quiet enough to get some work done.

3. The staff was friendly: when a mysterious toxic smell showed up in my room on day 2 (probably due to nearby construction), the clerk personally verified the smell and helped me move my things to a new room.
