3. The only reason I can think people would stay here is for large conventions, the hotel is perfect for bus loads, and large gatherings, weddings as long as your guest's are polluted.

4. It hasn't been recently, recently updated, but the rooms are very clean, comfortable and have everything you need including a nice bar, restaurant, and perfect location.
