1. They are in the middle of renovations, but it did not affect our stay at all except for a little bit of dust in some hallways.

4. I did appreciate the dog friendly environment which allowed dogs through-out the first floor of the complex except the restaurant and bar.

6. The check in was smooth, except I was surprised the front desk clerk assumed I know were my room was (I think this place has about 300 rooms and 4 buildings).

9. The hotel is horribly dated (sixties/seventies); it doesn't appear to have been updated in any way since then except (obviously) the addition of Internet connections in the rooms.
