5. I booked a room at the Sheraton (former Pontchartrain) because of my fond memories of the Top of the Pontch and its jazz nights, the old Charlie`s Crab restaurant on the first floor and its beautiful antiquity.

7. Well this Hotel was undergoing major recontruction when I visited it, At first I thought that it was abandoned, lol but once I got into the building it was beautiful and the workers were nice and friendly.

8. I'm only saying this because I have been to this hotel before several times when it was beautiful, and when I came to this hotel again recently, yes I was very suprised at the condition that it was in, but I also knew that they were renovating, so I didn't do much complaining.
