Likes: Comfortable bed, clean room, free high speed Internet, one free bottle of water a day, prompt and fast room serviceDislikes: Room service was consistently out of meals that I wanted; the property offered a 'green' linens program but the housekeeping staff did not actually follow the no change of linens policy; my room needed some help - the table was wobbly, trim was coming loose on furniture, but it was clean.
