1. Hotel is quite new, cool, 'urban' design and interior decoration, clean and functional: everything seemed to be managed and working pretty well.

4. We were told it should be cooler not by the hotel cooling system but by the later part of the day when the sun goes down.

5. When talking to management, their only explanation was that it was hot outside and the cooling system was old and outdated and nothing could be done to make things more comfortable.

7. I called the front desk to see if the cooling system was working and was told nothing could be done; that the building was old and like a red brick oven and absorbed the outside heat.

9. The fan from the air conditioning was quite loud but it was cool enough outside that I was able to turn it off and open the windows for fresh air.
