1. The super comfortable bed I was looking forward to was replaced with an adjustable mattress that was difficult to adjust.

2. Listen up the construction makes check in a mess,and that's part of the experience,sorry comp valet parking is no improcement,the room had no Internet guest service was no help,read this like other travelers dial on comfort had NO EFFECT bed very hard no one slept well in the family.
