2. If there are any shortcoming they would be: the room we were given was on the 19th floor, very cool, but was tiny, not so cool.

3. Also, the hotel does not have Air Conditioning that works unless the entire building system has been switched over for the summer, so the only way to get the room to a decent temperature was to sleep with the windows open to get some cool evening air.

4. Two major problems were (1) I was on the concierge floor, but room could not be cooled adequately until they brought an oscillating fan and I opened the window and, (2) the hotel restaurant was not open for dinner (though the web site made no mention of the fact).

6. A couple minor things were bothersome (eg, no stir sticks or creamer with the coffee) and HVAC was not terribly effective (room was never cool enough to be comfortable for me until I realized one of the windows opened) but all the staff I interacted with (housekeeping, front desk, luggage) were very friendly.
