4. adequate looking room, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

5. Two major problems were (1) I was on the concierge floor, but room could not be cooled adequately until they brought an oscillating fan and I opened the window and, (2) the hotel restaurant was not open for dinner (though the web site made no mention of the fact).
