1. I did think the conceirge loungs was above average - better food options than a few hotel hotel lounges I have recently stayed at.

2. Of course, given that the hotel was likely built in late 70s or early 80s, there isn't too much the hotel can do about room size but the reality is that folks expect larger rooms and at least better appointed bathrooms these days and the hotel doesn't have it.

3. This is one of the better Marriott brand hotels I've stayed in (not including JW Marriotts, etc).

6. I guess the location is good if you're interested in walking down the 16th st mall (a pedestrian friendly glorified strip mall) or you're in town for a nearby convention but the Ramada on Colfax is a much better deal $ wise and you get SO much more for your money at The Burnsley it's, to me, a no brainer .

9. They charge alot for parking and if you don't have a bunch of bags to carry there are better deals in garages within a block or 2.
